Sophie, a Fleet Administrator at Yodel, recently completed her Transport Operations Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship, a comprehensive programme designed to equip transport professionals with the skills and qualifications to manage logistics operations effectively. As part of the apprenticeship, Sophie also completed the prestigious Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (MCPC) – a recognised requirement for those responsible for ensuring legal and effective road transport operations.

Sophie joined the course unsure of what to expect:
“My knowledge on anything CPC related was fairly limited before enrolling… I was very sceptical as to whether I could pass any of the exams ahead of me, or how I’d manage the coursework alongside working full time,” she shared.
