Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2

This is a blended apprenticeship programme suitable for people working as a Warehouse Operative. This may include other duties such as; moving equipment in a logistics environment, packing and distributing goods, relevant legislation within the industry, customer service, risk assessments and basic first aid.

Warehouse Operations Supervisor Level 3

This flexible course is ideal for getting managers up-to-speed on the skills they need to tackle safety and health issues in the workplace.

Transport Operations Supervisor Level 3

The broad purpose of the apprenticeship is to equip individuals to manage the day-to-day operations involved in supply chain, ensuring activity, personnel and/or vehicles meet customer expectations along with regulatory and legal requirements. The Transport Supervisor apprenticeship ensures the safe and compliant utilisation of all drivers and equipment.

The apprenticeship is aimed at individuals who are currently, or looking to progress to, roles including: Transport Supervisor, Traffic Planner, Transport Manager, Transport Coordinator, Depot Supervisor.

Urban Driver

The course will take a minimum of 13 months to complete. The learners must be employed by the business and work for 30 hours or more per week to be eligible.

This apprenticeship is delivered via blended learning which, in addition to the practical training, includes online interactive learning and driver CPC workshops delivered over live zoom technology by expert tutors.

LGV Driver C+E

The course will take a minimum of 13 months to complete. The learners must be employed by the business and work for 30 hours or more per week to be eligible.

PSV Driver (Bus & Coach)

This programme can be used to raise the skill levels of existing staff or to train new recruits to become an qualified Bus Driver by gaining their Cat D licence at 12 weeks.

Team Leader Level 3

This occupation is found in virtually every industry and the apprenticeship is aimed at individuals that are new to the role of management. A Team leader or supervisor is a first line management role, with operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.

Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5

An Operations or departmental manager is someone who manages teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy. They are accountable to a more senior manager or business owner. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same. Key responsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring. Roles may include: Operations manager, Regional manager, Divisional manager, Department manager and Specialist managers.
