End Point Assessment (EPA)

Multiple Choice Test: A 45-minute assessment covering topics such as safe and fuel-efficient driving, vehicle and load security, and relevant regulations.

Practical Assessment: A two-hour evaluation of the apprentice’s skills in vehicle journey planning, pre-use checks, and driving proficiency.

Interview: A 30-minute discussion assessing knowledge and behaviours not covered in the other assessments.

Each component is graded individually, and apprentices must pass all to complete the apprenticeship successfully.
