Drivers Hours & Customer Management

This course is a refresher course for drivers and covers use of digital tachographs, EU regulated hours, Working Time Regulations and UK domestic hours. Management of delivery situations and proof of delivery are covered ensuring drivers carry out their duties professionally.

• Penalties and consequences of breaching these regulations
